Vocational pedagogy is the sum of the many decisions which vocational trainers and instructors take as they conduct vocational education & training. Vocational pedagogy enables instructors to develop models and tools which can help them train more effectively.
There is an inadequacy of skilling and main streaming in TVET teacher/trainer training. The quality of training is crucial in determining the skills of future workers. Quality trainers and assessors are the foundation of a modern industry-relevant training system. As India strives to increase the skill levels of its youth to make them employable, the demand for highly qualified trainers and assessors is growing. In this context, the ‘Cluster–based Training of Trainers’ concept was developed by Indo-German Chamber of Commerce.
